Natural ways to loose weight for a Healthy living…
Rule #1 need to focus on defecation.
Methods:
1.No whit color foods: flour, sugar, salt, potato, etc.
2.Intake grains (oily) such as grounded Flaxseed, sesame seeds, etc. No peanuts-yes, they are oily, but they are astringent in character (peanut butter).
3. Replace water intake with vegetable juice. Use blender (not juicer), and liquefy various vegetables, and add lots of water to make water-like consistency. You can add an apple for the taste, otherwise no other fruits are allowed into the vegetable juice. This is very good way to encourage defecation process naturally. This vegetable juice intake should last as long as you want to lose weight and maintain the weight lost.
4.Jumping exercise on trampoline for 5-10min. (optional) before going to bed, and after you wake up. Caveat for back problem people..
Rule #2 No cold and Raw foods.
No salads, sushi, ice drinks, etc…-Cold drinks& food are constraint in character.
-Must always intake food and drinks that are room temperature or higher.
-If you want to do the salads, or fruit dishes-just use oven microwave it for 30sec to 1 min to at least cook it lightly.
Rule #3 Do not intake anything that has eyes, nose, and mouth (yes even fish).
It would be a common sense that if you want to lose your flesh, do not intake someone else’s flesh! This avoidance of any mea should last at least 2-3 months of your diet periods.
Rule #4 Do not eat anything over 6pm, and at least 3hour before going to bed.
If you are going to be sleep at 8pm, you should not eat anything after 5pm.
Rule #5 Do not sit down at least 30mins, after the meal.
Walk, run, or just simple thing like doing the dishes, after the meal to encourage body’s metabolism. It’s very effective practice.
Rule #6 Consume foods that encourage the defecation process.
Intake such foods as: Kevin’s Rice mix (Mixture of Barley, Red beans, + black beans, black sesame, brown rice, black rice and cook it with lots of water), any bland tasting foods such as been sprout, tofu, etc. Bitter foods like Grape fruit. Lots of grains (flaxseed, hempseed, etc) – these grains will do 3 things for you. #1 It will give you protein that you are missing from the meat #2 such protein will curve the hunger, and give you power to be active. #3 It will boost your defecation process.
Avoid any foods that are astringent, sticky, and sour in taste: Persimmons, Banana (big no), lemon, rice cakes, sweet ric4e, etc. Avoid any form of dairy: milk, cheese, yogurt, etc. You can replace a cow’s milk to soymilk… Avoid constant sweet food – they don’t just gain weight, but it harms your body’s metabolism.
Rule #7 You can consume much food as possible, as long as you follow the rule mentioned above. Chew more, to delay the amount of intake (brain is signaled that you are full after 5 min that stomach is actually full). Sleep longer (first few weeks you will feel tired from not consuming meat, and other poisons that you are used to – a detoxification process.), You don’t need hard sweaty exercises. However, once you have achieved to lose about 20 to 50 +lbs that you desired; it is recommended that you do various exercises for healthier living. Once you have achieved desired weight- your body is much lighter and it will be fewer burdens to your body when you exercises; not to mention it is a lot easier to do it. I found that many people quit diet, and go you, because it is very hard to do both – eating right, and exercise. This way you keep focus on one thing – eating right, then once you have achieved a desired weight, you can easily be able to do the exercise with lighter you. Good luck! :)
